My name is Linda Marie Cassidy. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, I bring a strong work ethic, community values, and a commitment to professionalism and excellence in every role.  I earned my Bachelor of Science in Allied Medicine in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University in 1993. I have been a licensed Physical Therapist since then, dedicating over three decades to helping individuals improve their mobility, strength, and quality of life.

In 2008, I took a leap into the world of real estate investing—initially flipping houses. I was drawn to the process of identifying undervalued properties, renovating them with purpose, and creating homes with both character and market value. That initial spark quickly grew into a long-term career built on strategic investment, operational management, and a deep understanding of both property value and community needs.

As my experience grew, I transitioned from short-term flips to holding single-family homes as long-term rental properties. This shift marked the beginning of my role as a landlord, where I developed and refined skills in tenant relations, property maintenance, and rental cash flow management. Over time, I diversified my portfolio by converting one long-term rental into a successful short-term rental/Airbnb, capitalizing on market trends and maximizing returns.

My investment journey has since expanded to include land purchases, duplexes, and a self-storage unit—each asset adding depth and resilience to my portfolio. I approach each deal with diligence, vision, and a commitment to sustainable growth. With a solid foundation in residential real estate, my long-term goal is to expand into commercial properties and larger-scale self-storage facilities, where I can leverage my operational experience and long-term strategy to create even greater value.

As I continue to scale my business, I am seeking like-minded partners, investors, and lenders who share a passion for well-planned growth, integrity-driven operations, and creating win-win opportunities.
